Hi, My name is Stymie! Don't know how I got that name but I bet there is a story there. I am a large (40 pounds)  beagle mix boy that has recently come to the rescue. I am about 5 years old, neutered and up to date on my shots. Even though I am not a senior, my fee is only $100.00, because I am easy and would be a good dog for a senior.I get along with most dogs, but I do NOT get along with cats so will need a home without cats. I don't require a lot of attention, I am just happy to hang out with my human. I was on Craig's list from someone who didn't care about me.Then I went to three college boys-well you know where that went. They took me to the pound.I am low keyed and just need a permanent place to lay down.I am house trained and like to go for car rides. One thing I do not like is to be left alone for hours.I could maybe handle 4 hours at a time tops. When you have been abandoned, you get that way.I have never had much love and it would sure be nice to get that in my remaining years. If you are looking for a low maintenance companion dog I may be just the boy for you. Please fill out the application below so you can come and meet me. I want to be your new best friend! Love Stymie
