Hi, My name is Maverick and I am a 10 month old Black Labrador Retriever mix boy. Unfortunately my original family separated and there was no place for me to go so I ended up in the pound. They did love me and take good care of me. I am neutered and up to date on my vaccines. I am house and crate trained and get along with people and other dogs. No one know how I feel about cats yet. I do love toys and to play fetch but I need a little work on giving the ball back so you can throw it again! I love car rides and playing with the other dogs in my foster home. I do need some training on leash walking but with just a little work I will become the wonderful pet I was supposed to be. I will need a fenced yard and another dog to play with would be best as it will work off some of my high energy.  If you are looking for a young, very handsome boy to join you family please consider me.
