Hi, My name is Zoey and I am one lucky girl! I contracted parvo and they were not sure I was going to make it but I did and now I am all recovered and ready for my new forever home. I am a shepherd mix and weigh about 40 pounds. I am about 1 year old and I have plenty of energy. My foster mom says I can get rambunctious at times but I am a really good girl. I am house and crate trained and totally vetted. I am good with other dogs and people although I do prefer women. I am OK with cats but am not comfortable around small children so I can only go to a home with kids 12 or up. I would love to have a home were someone who jogs, hikes or runs so I could go too ,then back home to cuddle on the couch. I can be a bit shy with new people but warm up pretty fast. Here's some pictures of Zoey the one parvo dog that lived. She's about 1 yr old, 40 lbs, just had shots, crate trained, house broke, good with other dogs, don't know about children and cats yet. Just wants to be loved. Can get a bit rambunctious at timres. But really a good girl. She still needs to get fixed and dew claws removed. More of a womans  dog, would love to have a home with some that jogs, hikes, or runs and cuddles.Bit shy at first slowly warms up to people.
