Hello out there, my name is Oscar. I just moved to the rescue and am trying to get used to all these new things. Right now I am a bit frightened. I am a 10 month old Chihuahua-Shih Tsu mix, but I very much look like a Chihuahua.  I am neutered and getting up dated on all my vaccines. I am good with other dogs, cats, and bearded dragons.
