MEET HAPPY: Poor Happy is not so happy these days. He has been passed over for months now. Happy is a boxer mix boy that was found as a stray. They call him Happy because he is always so happy to see you. It is very difficult to get a picture of this boy without a smile on his face.  Happy is young and energetic, and living in a kennel is not helping. He has been at the pound since October 14th, 2014 and no one has come to claim him, so now he is searching for a new forever home. Hapyy seems to like everyone and would be a great running companion for someone. Happy is up to date with vaccines and neutered, so he is ready to move on! Please stop out to the Portage Co Dog Warden's Shelter to meet Mr Happy. Yep, he will for sure be happy to see you!!
