A good Samaritan found this kitty and Rose's Rescue is helping to get all the vetting done and find a fur-ever family who love him for the rest of his natural life as a strictly indoor kitty with lots of kitty enrichment in the home.  He would love to have a feline companion and he loves to play.  What a delight!
