Hi, My name is Anheiser and I am a 6 year Beagle boy. I am a calm, well mannered boy, who gets along with other dogs and kids. I lived with children, my beagle brother, and a pit bull, the first 5 years of my life.It was too much for them and they decided I should  move out. Then I moved in with a couple who had a child .They do not have time for me now and I spent a lot of time in a  small room with another dog. They wanted more for me.I have come to the rescue and am enjoying the large back yard.I have spurts of running, but I am mainly calm.I do not like losing site of my person, so I hang close.
