Willie the wiggler here...I escaped prison and I am so happy! I am an apx 60 pound,2 year old coon hound mix, but I am only partial to hunting. My person is what I care about the most.I am a lover! However, if I smell an animal, I will go over a shorter fence. A 5-6 foot fence, privacy fence, or e fence will be needed. I need a fenced yard ,to burn off energy.I haven't had much training so I'll need some of that, especially with walking on a leash.  If I see a rabbit or smell something good, I forget I'm on a leash and try to run after it.  I also get excited when I see another dog and  howl and pull because I want to play.  I am a very sweet boy that was found swimming for my life in West Branch. I am totally non aggressive and loving.  I have been neglected and wasn't in such good shape, when I came to the rescue. I was terribly underweight. I ate good here and have put on weight. I also had fleas and ear infections, but with meds I am much better. The vet said my ear infection could be from allergies or just from not being taken care of so well.  If it's from allergies, I'll have to take medicine for that.  Either way, my big hound ears will have to be cleaned  twice a week to keep them healthy.  I don't mind it so much and am pretty good when my foster mom does it.  Oh, I also get car sick.  I do better when I ride shotgun with you in the front seat.  Then I just drool a lot.  My foster mom just brings a towel to wipe up after me.  I am house and crate trained. I am great with dogs, children and fine with cats .I would be a great playmate to your female dog.  If you would be willing to work with me, I would be your loving, loyal companion for the rest of my life!
