UPDATE: Nastameh has recently graduated from the cell dog program.  During this program she was trained by selected inmates who were overseen by a professional dog trainer. She attended classes to learn more about house training, basic obedience and some fun tricks too! Nastameh has now finished her Cell Dog training.

 

My name is Nastameh (nuh-stah-mee).  It is a Native American word, but sometimes I am just called Stahmi for short!  I was owned by an old gentleman who recently passed away.  A friend of his was loyal to me and promised to help me find a new home.  She contacted the rescue and I have now gradutated from the cell dog program.  I have a zest for life and my tail wags nonstop.  I am fun loving and have a free spirit.  I love to play, but also know how to chill and relax.  I get along with everyone I have met, including other dogs, children, and cats.  I am outgoing and ready to please!  I am a young girl of about 1 and 1/2 and apx 30 pounds.I have a slight medical problem, that requires me to stay on a mediaction that costs about$50 monthly.  Believe me, I am well worth it.  If you would like to meet me, please fill out an application.  I am a delightful girl that you won't regret taking in.  Hugs and kisses....
