UPDATE: Dexter has recently joined the cell dog program.  During this program he will be trained by selected inmates who will be overseen by a professional dog trainer. He will attend classes to learn more about house training, basic obedience and some fun tricks too! Dexter can be visited and even adopted while he is in the Cell Dog program.

 

Hi, My name is Dexter and I am a 10 month old Collie Lab mixed pup. Some how I ended up in the pound and that wasn't much fun. Now I have come to the rescue and they have put me in the cell dog program for training to be a better boy.I am fine with dogs ,kids ,and I don't know much about cats ,but they seem OK . I am neutered, up to date on my shots, heartworm negative and I weigh about 35 pounds.
