Harley is a handsome 4 1/2 year old chocolate lab mix. He was adopted
from PAPL two years ago and returned in December. He is housetrained.
Harley has lived with a baby who is now 18 months. He plays rough with
kids so he should probably go with kids over at least the age of 5. He
can sometimes get too excited when playing & knock kids over. He is a
big solid boy at 75+ pounds. He likes car rides. his former owners
described him as affectionate & hardy. He can, at times, be too
affectionate and he is a hard walker. He has separation anxiety and will
need a family/home in which someone is there most of the time. He cries
& whines when he wants your attention. He is a good dog, but does need
work on walking & being able to stay alone. He will need a patient &
understanding family who is willing to work with him. He is neutered &
UTD on vax, except for rabies.
