UPDATE: Bart has recently joined the cell dog program.  During this program he will be trained by selected inmates who will be overseen by a professional dog trainer. He will attend classes to learn more about house training, basic obedience and some fun tricks too! Bart can be visited and even adopted while he is in the Cell Dog program.

Big and beautiful black Bart, that's me!I was found lost and wandering in Summit County. I think I am a purebred lab, of about about 2 - 3 years old and weighing in at  60 pounds. I am very well mannered and quite calm. I am very strong and could win a tough man contest, but I am too gentle for that . I am totally Vetted and good with other dogs and I could care less about cats. If you are looking for a large loyal companion, I may be the boy for you. Although I don't think I needed much training, I have entered the cell dog program where I will learn to walk properly on a leash and a few other things.If you would like to meet me, just say the word!
