UPDATE: Winston has recently joined the cell dog program.  During this program he will be trained by selected inmates who will be overseen by a professional dog trainer. He will attend classes to learn more about house training, basic obedience and some fun tricks too! Winston can be visited and even adopted while he is in the Cell Dog program.

Hi, Winston here, and aren't I a handsome young Collie boy!I had a really bad start with some people who tied me to a barn and never interacted with me.When I first came to the PAPL,I flattened to the floor when anyone reached down to touch me.I had no idea what they were going to do.Now that I am in the prison and learning what petting is, I rather enjoy it.I have learned so many other cool things too and I am ready to graduate right into your home.I am a new man and I know how to just be me.Please ask to meet me, you won't regret it!
