Help Whispers have a second chance at a happy life!

Poor Whispers was found roaming the neighborhood. A kind lady has offered to help her and is fostering her until a forever home can be found. Whispers is getting great care now, but is still on the thin side and in need of a loving home. Her family did not want her anymore. She has been named Whispers because she is such a quiet shy girl.  She is around 3 years old, and loves all humans. She greets people with a wagging tail and smiling eyes.  She is however timid about new things and new noises. She presently weighs around 30 lbs, but should fill out a bit more when up to her proper weight.  She is a medium sized gal and just an all around dainty lady.
