UPDATE: Patsy has recently joined the cell dog program.  During this program she will be trained by selected inmates who will be overseen by a professional dog trainer. She will attend classes to learn more about house training, basic obedience and some fun tricks too! Patsy can be visited and even adopted while she is in the Cell Dog program.

This is cute little Patsy.  We found her running loose in traffic and of course could not leave her to risk getting hit by a car.  We looked for her owners but they could not be found, so she we are going to find her a new forever home.

What can we say about Patsy?  She's a sweet, loveable beagle!  She seems to love everyone, rides well in the car, and will probably follow her nose as most of her kind do, so a fenced yard or secure tie-out would be in her best interest.
