Willow is not a Rose's Rescue dog, and we will not be handling her inquiries or her adoption.  We are posting her here to help her foster mom help find her a new home as soon as possible.  Here is what Willow's foster mom says about her:

I have a one year old female Shepherd mix named Willow looking for her forever home. She was rescued from the Stark county pound. Willow is about 45 lbs now and will get to be about 55 after she puts on some needed weight.  She will be fixed and up to date on all her shots before she leaves me. She is very playful and has a lot of puppy energy. She loves to play with my other dogs and when they are done playing with her she will look for the cat to play with. I have not seen her around kids yet but I think she would be fine. She is very social. She is not fully housebroken yet but she is learning very fast.
