Meet Jixer, another shepherd lab mix that has been at the dog warden's shelter since April 2013. Jixer has a stout build and is a really cool looking guy. He weighs in at about 65-70 lbs. and is around 3 years old. Jixer knows how to sit and shake, but he does need some work on leash walking. He does take treats nicely. He does not get along with all dogs, so you would have to bring your canine companion along to meet him. Jixer is also not good with cats. If you are looking for a cool dude like Jixer, please come on out to the Portage County Dog Warden's office to meet him.
