We ask that those that are in need of our assistance only apply for this fund. We cover the costs through donations which also cover the costs of care and feeding of our rescue animals. Rose's Rescue is administering funds donated for use in spay and neutering pets. Rose's Rescue will only have surgeries performed by licensed veterinarians. Spay/neuter surgeries generally do not result in complications; however there are risks attached to any surgery involving anesthesia. Rose's Rescue in not liable for any complication as the owner/caretaker of the animal is authorizing the requested procedure (s).
