We got Mia from Roses Rescue in 2011. She was the absolute sweetest soul and loved beyond words. She is missed so very much, thank you to Roses rescue for giving us this precious girl to raise and love on Mia Mae Smith crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on Sept 8, 2024

Dori
I was lucky enough to find Dori through your service in 2011. She's been an amazing and loyal friend to me for 13 1/2 years. She has gone backpacking/camping/canoeing in remote wilderness in Kentucky, West Virginia, Ontario, and other places. She's ridden in the car with me to my work appointments. Now she has kidney disease, her hearing is almost gone, she just had a UTI, but what is doing her in is a tumor/growth in her upper jaw right behind her nose. The vet told me last week that it would be at most a few weeks before she wouldn't be able to eat. She could remove the growth but absolutely ZERO guarantee that it wouldn't just grow back immediately. Today the tumor burst or something, and she bled all over my kitchen and office. I made the appointment for tomorrow at 8:45AM. I can't leave her alone so I ordered Reese's peanut butter cups via Instacart, for her last treat. In the past week I took her to Anatolia Cafe twice so she could feast on shaved lamb, filet mignon, chicken, and other choice meats. On Wednesday I took her to a friend's home on Lake Erie, where she ran around and sniffed everything as if nothing was wrong. Her vet has praised me as Dori is well past her life expectancy. Thank you for letting me adopt her. I truly appreciate it. She's been the best dog on the entire planet. Thank you!

or 15 1/2 years Allie was my best girl. Tonight I told her to wait at the bend at rainbow bridge, I will meet her there in Gods perfect time. My very first Roses Rescue dog. I’ll love you forever my sweet Allie.

Duchess
After almost 12 years after we adopted her, Duchess passed away yesterday. I don't know how my husband and I are going to live the rest of our lives without her. We both loved her more than words can say. I know we'll never stop missing her. She was so special. She was the best part of every day we spent together. She was always so happy, wagging her tail constantly and always wanting to cuddle. Thank you Rose's Rescue for bringing us together. I know she was meant to be ours.

Princess Chloe Olivia Felder has left us. She was my sweet baby girl and will be missed.
